Christmas Light Installation In Essex County
We light 21 towns across Essex County, including Montclair, West Orange, Bloomfield and Maplewood. Every display is measured to the property it goes on, then installed, looked after through the season and taken down in January.
Older housing stock with a lot of architectural detail, which rewards a design that follows the lines of the house rather than covering them.

Questions From Essex County
Do you cover my town?
We serve 21 towns in Essex County and each one has its own page. If your town is in the list above, the answer is yes. If it is not, call and ask, because the list grows every season.
When should I book?
Late summer and early fall. The working window between the end of fall and the start of December is narrow, so install dates in Essex County are claimed well before the first cold snap.
What does it cost?
It is priced per property, driven by how much roofline you want lit, how high it sits and how complex the design is. We send you the price together with a picture of your own home showing the design, before you book. January takedown is billed separately.
Do you do commercial work here?
Yes. We light storefronts, restaurants, offices and community entrances across Essex County, scheduled around your opening hours rather than through them.
How Every Essex County Install Works
A Design You See First
We design the lights on a photo of your own home and send it to you with the price. You can ask for changes before you book.
Service Through The Season
If a run goes dark in December we come back out and fix it. That is part of the price, not an extra.
Takedown In January
Everything comes down on schedule, with clips instead of nails or staples, so your roof and trim are exactly as we found them. Takedown is billed separately from installation.
