Residential
Lighting Designed Around Your House
No two houses light the same way. A single story ranch with one clean gable needs a fraction of what a steep two story facade with dormers and a wraparound porch takes, which is why every residential display starts with a measurement rather than a package.
We design it, install it, look after it through the season and take it down in January. The only part you handle is deciding how it should look.

What We Light
Five surfaces, and most homes use at least three of them.
Rooflines
The outline that does most of the work. Product is cut to your eaves, ridges and peaks so runs finish where the house finishes and the spacing never changes halfway across.
Trees And Shrubs
Trunks wrapped, canopies lit and shrubs covered evenly. Density is what separates a professional wrap from a few strands thrown over a branch.
Windows, Doors And Garages
The details people see from the sidewalk. Framed windows, lit doorways and garage lines tie the front of the house together.
Walkways
Path lighting that makes the approach to your door feel finished, and makes it easier to see where you are walking on a dark evening.
Pillars And Porches
Wrapped columns, porch rails and entry features, the parts of a house that give a display depth instead of a single flat line.
How The Season Runs
Four stages, and you are only involved in the first one.

1. Custom Design
We measure your rooflines, look at how the house reads from the street and build the design around it. You see it and get a written price first.

2. Professional Installation
Commercial grade product cut to your measurements and clipped to the surface it sits on. Nothing is nailed or stapled into your roof.

3. Maintenance
If a run goes dark or a strand works loose during the season, we come back and put it right.

4. Takedown
We take everything down on schedule in January and leave your roofline the way we found it.

What to Expect When You Book with Us
From design to installation - here’s how we make your home shine, stress-free.
Good To Know
Nothing Goes Into Your Roof
Clips are made for the surface they attach to, shingle, gutter, siding or brick. No nails and no staples, because every hole in a roof eventually finds water.
Product Built For Outside
Commercial grade strands rated for cold, damp and ultraviolet, cut to your measurements. Retail sets come in fixed lengths, which is why they leave gaps and doubled runs.
Booked Before You Need It
Your install date is set in advance so the display is up and tested before the season starts, not squeezed into whatever window is left in December.
